Shanghai dag 2

Dag 2, utanför hotellet.

Det vanligaste shoppingutbudet: stickade tröjor med glitter. Inte riiiiiktigt jag.

Men tack och lov finns den japanska kedjan UniQlo även i Shanghai, så vi hittade lite kläder ändå.

Drinkpaus på ett café. Christopher upptäckte att kinesernas uppfattning om en mojito inte riktigt motsvarade hans: den var giftgrön och smakade tandkräm.

Lunch på ett nudelställe. En jätteöl ("For relaxing times. Make it Suntory time.") och en jätteskål nudlar: 11 yuan (ungefär 13 kronor).



"Låset" till People 7, den tjusiga restaurangen som jag nämnde tidigare.

Isad broccoli med japansk soja: hur gott som helst!

Hotel Marriott vid Renmin Park, där vi tog en drink efter middagen.

Lite mesigt att lägga baren på 40:e våningen när man har 59...

Christopher gav inte upp utan försökte sig på en mojito till... med samma resultat! Giftgrön och tandkrämssmak.
